Our Stylists & Sales Associates are the heart of our store experience, creating warm, welcoming environments, offering personalized styling advice, and keeping daily store operations running smoothly. This role supports our retail group portfolio—The Swank Company, Posh Tots, and Escape Outdoors—and is an on-site position (full-time or part-time available).
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, offering personal styling recommendations, and building long-term client relationships.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently at checkout using our POS system.
- Manage inventory operations, including unboxing, receiving, tagging, restocking merchandise, and conducting routine stockroom counts.
- Maintain visual merchandising presentation standards, keeping sales displays organized, styled, and fully stocked.
- Assist with omnichannel order fulfillment, customer follow-ups, and general store administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or styling (boutique or apparel retail preferred).
- Outgoing, high-energy personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to visual detail, and a passion for fashion and customer care.
- Basic technical proficiency with POS systems, computer tools, and social media.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends, holidays, and special store events.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift/move inventory boxes (up to 30–40 lbs).
